Manufacturing Madness
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING THE GAME IN ORDER TO GET ACCESS TO THE FULL GAME FEATURES!
Manufacturing Madness!
This is a wheel manufacturing simulator game where you will start off with your very own small wheel factory and a loan of $1,000,000. It is up to you to purchase aluminum ingots and start melting, casting, machining, painting, inspecting, and shipping them to the customers and building up your wheel empire!
You will have to start by purchasing ingots and begin processing them through each station, then shipping the finished goods to the customer for cash. (Be wary of scrap!) After that, you will be able to start hiring employees. Each employee purchased will increase the productivity by 10% to any process they are assigned to! I have added an idle worker button that can quickly grab employees who are just standing around and not doing anything.
NEW Skill SYSTEM
This is an early prototype for a project that I started a month ago. Current features that are being implemented are a quest system to teach people how to play and give the player goals to work towards. Also working on special upgrades you can purchase to help boost your manufacturing facility in many ways, then working on a main menu for save files, then working on visual upgrades and music...

there is a good manufacturing game play loop here, adn theres alot that can be built up in the future for this one :)
Thank you very much! I appreciate you taking the time to play this because feedback is definitely crucial for me right now. It is hard for me to find people who will play extensively, help check for bugs, and offer progression/balancing feedback.
Nice start! It needs a lot of refining. Assigning more than one employee to a station doesn't effect the speed at which they finish their jobs, especially troublesome with production shutting down if someone farther down the line finishes their stuff before the people before them can do theirs. It would be a nice feedback loop to be able to balance that with each earlier stage of manufacturing needing more employees. Still, a good start and I'm really excited to see this develop! Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for playing! I really appreciate it more than you know! 1 employee will only increase the productivity of a process by 10%, so the increase isn't very noticeable at first, but once you get many more, it will go much faster. Every 10 employees will double the speed of the process. It's feedback like yours that will be able to help me add more features and make this an overall, fun and balanced game to play! Thanks again!
